Turn an experience into a useful life lesson
Tell a clear story that helps a reader understand what you learned.
Choose one experience
Pick a moment with a recognisable challenge. Explain enough context for the reader to follow it. You do not need to cover your whole career or life in a single story.
Describe the actions
Say what you tried and why. Include what did not work when it helps explain the lesson. Avoid making yourself or someone else a perfect character; a balanced account is often more useful.
Explain the outcome
Tell the reader what changed and what remained uncertain. A personal experience is not proof that everyone will get the same result. Make the lesson specific to what you observed.
Choose an audience
Keep the record private while reviewing it. Remove identifying details about other people unless sharing is appropriate and agreed. LastConnect personal lessons remain private unless you explicitly choose a supported sharing action.
