What registration stores
Your name, username, email, mobile, salted password hash, verification status and an audit history are stored in the LastConnect membership database. Verification codes are stored as hashes with expiry and attempt limits.
What happens next
Your account stays pending until both email and mobile are verified. Planning records and message drafts are managed in your member workspace. Adding a contact does not grant access to your private records.
Communication and access
Verification messages are needed to activate your account. You can manage communication preferences and Advisory Agent assignments from account settings after signing in.
Private attachments and reminders
Vault files are encrypted and accessible through your signed-in account. They remain private when linked to an entry. Removing a file deletes its stored contents; audit metadata is retained. You can download or remove existing files after a paid plan expires.
Review reminders use your verified email address only when you enable email for that reminder. Reminder messages do not include your personal notes or file names. You can change or stop reminders in your account. Reminders never release or deliver your private records.
Before production launch
Formal portal terms and the full privacy policy are awaiting approval. Account export, deletion and retention workflows remain pending. This page describes the current implementation.
